Clients may request to cancel a project within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
Once a project has started (design, development, or campaign setup), cancellation may not be possible, but partial refunds can be discussed depending on the stage of work completed.
Monthly service subscriptions (e.g., marketing retainers) can be cancelled anytime, but charges already billed will not be refunded.

Partial Refunds: If work has been initiated but not completed, based on the percentage of work delivered.
No Refunds: After project completion, delivery, or in cases where third-party tools, ads, or licenses have already been purchased for your project.
